Sign up at www.magnusjobfair.com and upload your resume. Approach the Applicant Support at the job fair and log-in for confirmation of your attendance. After, you’ll get stamped.

NSRP FORM

You can download the accomplished The National Skills Registration Form & submit it during job fair. We also provide hard copy of the NSRP form at the job fair.

PESO PAPER REGISTRATION

Proceed to the area of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO)

Contact Person for job fair invitation letter to be sent to DMW.

Once DOLE PERMIT is issued, it will be submitted to DMW. Overseas Employers can now submit the needed documents using the DMW portal. 

Job Fair Authority issued by the DMW must be submitted before the event.

> Employers are required to submit any of the following Philippine Registration.  

  • SEC – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Philippines serves as the primary regulatory body for corporations and partnerships.
  • DTI – Department of Trade and Industry single proprietorship registration
  • CDA – The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) is the sole government agency mandated to register all types of cooperatives. 

> The Certificate of Registration issued by BIR (BIR Form 2303) contains an enumeration of the types of taxes that are required to be paid to the government, which includes the following: Corporate income tax. Value-added tax. Withholding taxes (on compensation, fringe benefits, etc.)

> A Business Permit, also known as a mayor’s permit, is a government license obtained from your local government unit (LGU). The one submitted must be valid for the current year.

will only take less than 3 days to retrieve via online. You will receive an email notification and will have 24hrs to download a copy after you answer the survey. Then you need to retrieve the original DOLE 1020 certificate

at the assigned DOLE Field Office. 

Take Note: DOLE 1020 is a lifetime registration since you already have an old copy that will suffice. You only need to renew if there’s some amendment like a change of name, address, etc. otherwise, you can still use the old DOLE 1020.
