Position Overview

The IT Dispatcher will be responsible for timely and accurate execution of tasks assigned by the Services Manager. You will support a 24/7 operation to ensure the workflow/activities of field technicians are covered, actively review completed work orders, participate in MSC projects while meeting client expectations, benchmarks, and maintaining data integrity within our database.

Position Overview

GL Accounting Supervisor is respsonsible in managing monthly/quarterly/ annual accounting close, P&L reviews, balance sheet recs, journals, assist in preparation and review of tax and stat accounts, monthly sales report revoew and adjustments, US GAAP and IFRS knowledge and reporting, internal and external audit, and cash flow management. This position will be responsible for leading a team of two senior accountants and leading the areas of the business including but not limited to the below

Responsible for providing accounting shared services to AU and NZ entity– P&L and Balance sheet support– including but not limited to General Ledger Accounting, Revenue Analysis, Tax and Compliance – income tax and indirect tax, Statutory Accounting, Audit, Bank and Treasury, Reconciliations. Month end/Qtr End and Year Ends
