Only those who are legitimated companies, with valid Philippine registration is allowed to participate. The company must present a copy of any of the following: 
  • Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) copy - for corporation, and partnership
  • Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) copy - for sole proprietor
  • Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) copy - for cooperative

  • 2303 BIR Certificate of Registration

This certificate is needed to make sure that the declared company name, Business Style name, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and address

Current year Business Permit secured at the local government unit must be submitted, it should match the Company name stated on SEC, and the address on the BIR Certificate of Registration.

How to create a PhilJobNet account

Company Profile

List of Job Vacancies with Job Title, headcount, qualifications and job descriptions. This must be in word format, it will be submitted to the Department of Labor and Employment.
Once your company is registered to the system, and joined the job fair event (whether physical or virtual) you need to upload your job vacancies at the control room section for the applicants to see. 

DOLE 1020

Every Business must be registered with respective Regional Office to provide DOLE with information as guide in its enforcement activities. DOLE 1020 is a lifetime registration since you already have an old copy that will suffice. You only need to renew if there's some amendment like a change of name, address, etc. otherwise, you can still use the old DOLE 1020.  

Once registered save the tracking number and verify the status of your application, Rule 1020 - Establishment Registration Under Rule 1020 (

It will only take less than 3 days to retrieve via online. You will receive an email notification and will have 24hrs to download a copy after you answer the survey. Then you need to retrieve the original DOLE 1020 certificate at the assigned DOLE Field Office

Certificate of No Pending Case

It is a mandatory that all Job Fair employers must now E-FILE your CERTIFICATE OF NO PENDING CASE online (no payment needed): if your company is located within NCR. And if your company is outside NCR please refer to the DOLE Regional Office within your jurisdiction. 

For NCR companies, representative must attach his Company ID. Government Issued ID and DOLE 1020. CNPC - will take 7 working days to process. After 7 working days; you will receive a RELEASE NOTICE email from LRLS NO PENDING  CASE and you need to pick up the hard copy of the CNPC at DOLE-NCR,

For Certificate of No Pending Case - Validity is 4 months, you need to always renew your CNPC, it's FREE. 

As per DOLE PAPAMAMARISAN, Employers with pending cases are not allowed to join the face-to-face job fair.

Local Recruitment Agency License

Additional license is required if the company you are representing is under Local Recruitment Agency. Any of the following license must be submitted:
  • DOLE License for Private Employment Agency (PEA)
  • D.O. 174, Series of 2017 
  • DOLE Registration for Contractor / Subcontractor
If you have an activated Employers account at system, you must upload all the documents at the COMPANY DETAILS section, when you scroll down there's a DOCUMENTS section wherein you can +ADD all the DOLE Required documents.
